SHIPPING POLICY
We do our best to process orders within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment. All orders proudly ship eco-friendly Flat Rate $6.95 via USPS and take 3-5 days to arrive. Shipping to anywhere within the Hawaiian Islands is $3.95. Free shipping on orders over $50. Orders are processed Monday-Saturday from 8am – 3pm Hawaii Standard Time, with exceptions made for processing requests from our other customers.

DAMAGED ITEMS OR MISSHAPS
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment and to make sure that the correct product was shipped. If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, or if we made an error in the shipment, we would be happy to work with you to get replacement product shipped right out. Please email us immediately at aloha@onelovebodysoul.com with your name and order number.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
We always strive for 100% customer fulfillment. If you need to cancel or change your order, please email us at aloha@onelovebodysoul.com within an hour of placing your order. We are sorry, but orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped.
